In combat,, press CTRL + H to replenish health While moving on the campaign map, press CTRL + ALT + T to reveal all units on the map On the campaign map, hold CTRL and left click anywhere on the map to be teleported there immediately. Once this is enabled, you will have access to a number of new features in game. If you’re having trouble finding the correct text line, press CTRL + F to bring up the document search box, from which you can enter ‘cheat_mode’ to find the line immediately. Change this to ‘ cheat_mode = 1’, save the text file and close it.
Once there, open the text file and search for the line ‘cheat mode’, which will be set to ‘cheat_mode = 0’ by default. Documents > Mount and Blade II Bannerlord > Configs > engine_config.txt
